What personal and professional coaching plans does Unmasked offer?
Unmasked Career Lab offers five personal and professional coaching plans, from $19 a month to $12,997. Clinicians can join the Collective community, California associates can join a two-year licensure partnership, and clinicians with ADHD can join a 12-week program. Leaders can join a 12-week cohort, and programs can book a 90-day consulting engagement.

Associate Licensure Partnership
Get licensed on schedule, with every hour counted. This two-year, done-with-you partnership is for California associates (AMFT, APCC, ASW). We audit your hours, protect your W-2 status and file a clean application with you, from your first registered hour to the day your license posts. Partnerships are capped at 10 associates at a time.

- A 90-minute strategy session: your why, your week, your board's rules and your timeline on one page
- Eight quarterly licensure audits, with a Licensure Date Forecast within 14 days of your first audit
- Twelve strategy sessions, six per year, for the big decisions: site, supervisor, specialty, when to leave

We rebuild the scaffolding around your brain using The Unmasked Method™, so documentation, hours, inbox and calendar stop costing you your evenings. Built for every neurotype, and capped at 12 clinicians at a time.

A 90-day engagement for PHP, IOP, outpatient and group-practice programs: audit, map, design, delivery, transfer and a six-month return visit. We work on clinician retention, assessment-to-admission conversion, attendance and documentation. Capped at four organizations per quarter.
