When does the leadership program start?
Cohort launch dates will be announced to waitlist members first. Early intake interviews will begin ahead of the 2027 rollout.
Who is the Unmasked leadership program for?
Clinicians in behavioral health who are stepping into supervision, program management, or outpatient director roles at any career stage.
How much does the leadership program cost?
Pricing will be shared with the waitlist prior to public opening. All Unmasked services are fixed fees, never billed by the hour, with scholarship options available.
Is this program designed for neurodivergent leaders?
Yes. Every Unmasked program is built for every neurotype, with a dedicated focus on ADHD and autistic executive functioning, sensory pacing, and transparent communication.
Is this the same as clinical supervision training for board certification?
No. This is career, operations, and leadership consulting. It is not state board-mandated clinical supervision CE training or therapy.
